HARTFORD--It's just past the half-way point of the college baseball season, and the University of Hartford Hawks baseball team has already come close to equaling last season's wins total.
This year the team has a record of 21-8 so far, and has plenty of time left to double the number of wins from last year.
Coach Justin Blood credits the turnaround to senior leadership, good pitching, consistency from the bats and great defense in the outfield.
