Pro scouts and radar guns could be seen at Windsor High school Tuesday as scouts came to see senior Matthew Cleveland on the mound for the Warriors.

The team took on the Blue Knights of Southington. In the top of the first Jon Gray chopped the grounder, Cleveland threw to second for one out, but Garrett Gugliotti slid in to give Blue Knights a 1-0 lead. In the bottom of the inning Windsor’s Jeremy Nunes sent the grounder to the short stop, which let Cleveland cross home plate to give Windsor the lead 2-1. Then in the top of the fourth with the score tied 2-2 Brayden Cooney sent the blast over the right field fence for the home run, giving Southington a 3-2 lead and they never looked back going on to win 10-2.
