Special Olympics athlete and viral video star to sing at Fenway

HARTFORD -- Not all of us can say we've had a dream come true like this.

A 21-year-old star Special Olympian, outgoing cheerleader, hospital volunteer, and singer will be breaking new ground in the upcoming days. She has been chosen to sing the National Anthem at Fenway Park, ahead of an upcoming Red Sox home game.

Ashley joined FOX 61's Sunday morning newscast to tell her story. Watch her reveal how she overcame all the odds to become the YouTube sensation and Special Olympics medalist she is today.
