I was involved in an accident at a construction site on the highway.
The car in front of me abruptly started and stopped after we had been waiting for a while to go. This is when the car in back of me smacked me and her passenger was injured due to the collision. They claim that I am at fault due to me stopping short, but I was just avoiding the car in front of me.
Is she right?
