ANDOVER – Hockey legend and former Boston Bruin Ray Bourque was arrested Friday night in Andover for allegedly driving drunk, according to FOX 25.

Andover Police said Bourque was involved in car crash near 5 Lowell St. around 11:30 p.m. He was arrested at the scene for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.

Police said there were two people in Bourque’s car and three in the other vehicle. No one was injured.

Bourque, 55, was a 1st round draft pick for the Bruins in 1979. He played for the team for 21 years. He finished his NHL career with the Colorado Avalanche, where he won a Stanley Cup.
