HARTFORD - President Barak Obama's immigration plan was blocked this week by tie vote of the US Supreme Court. Al and Jenn get reaction from Mayor Mark Boughton of Danbury, a city with a huge population of undocumented immigrants. He also talks about the impact of recent cuts in state aid to municipalities, and speculation that he plans to run for governor again in 2018.

In Obama's final seven months in office, the federal courts will weigh in on several other key pieces of his remaining agenda. That includes environmental regulations on greenhouse gases and hydraulic fracking.
