HARTFORD -- Brexit was the focus of debate as EU Parliament convened for an extraordinary plenary session of its Conference of Presidents in Brussels Tuesday, where British Prime Minister David Cameron is set to face European leaders to discuss the UK's complicated and potentially messy divorce from the bloc.

Paul Schatz, President and Chief Investment Officer of Heritage Capital, joined FOX 61 Good Day Connecticut to talk about the fallout from last week's vote.

An online petition signed by more than 3.8 million people calling for a second referendum on whether Britain should leave the EU was started by a “Leave” campaigner who says it has been “hijacked” by unhappy “Remain” voters.
