MANCHESTER – Canadian singer and songwriter Justin Bieber was spotted at a local store this afternoon.
He was shopping at the store at around 2 p.m. when fans snapped photos and posted them on twitter.
It was unclear what he purchased but has has tweeted about playing soccer recently.
Bieber had a concert scheduled Sunday night at Hartford’s XL Center.
