EAST BERLIN -- Breakfast wraps, corned beef hash, wings with addicting homemade sauce, you name it, Uncle D's Diner has it!

This Foodie Friday, we're checking out comfort food at its best for breakfast and lunch in East Berlin.

There's no question - this hot spot is driven by the famous Cadillac Taco. Owner Darren Anderson's creation is double packed and it starts with a fried tortilla shell. It is then filled with refried beans, a second crunchy shell, cheese and topped high with seasoned beef, more cheese, lettuce, tomato, salsa and finished off with sour cream.

"It's 100% comfort food," said Anderson.

Customers who roll up and order the Cadillac Taco, have the same reaction.

"It's enormous," said Arlene Stevens of Berlin.

Justin Park of Berlin quipped while staring at the famous taco, "I don't know how I'm going to attack this and I don't know if I can eat the whole thing."

Uncle D joked, "if you eat two, you can go to sleep."

The record for most Cadillac Tacos eaten at one time is three, but Anderson says it's all about good food and fun.

"I know it's going to bring a smile to their face and it makes me feel good to give people something good and fresh."
