The operator tried to get away from her, but she followed him through a condo complex and back onto Route 372. Shen then drove off.

A witness helped lead police to identifying the suspect as Shicondra Perry, 24, of Middletown.

Perry turned herself into police a short time later and was charged with breach of peace in the second degree, threatening in the second degree and following to close with intent to harass/intimidate. She also had an outstanding warrant for failing to respond to an infraction.

Perry is being held on $2,600 bond for the combined warrants, and will be in court on Tuesday if she doesn’t pay the bond.
