Around 1:20 p.m. on Wednesday a group of juvenile girls were at the beach when they say a heavy-set white man sat down behind them. They said he then exposed himself to them, but quickly left on a bicycle when he noticed that the girls were taking photographs of him.
The girls said that he biked towards Kings Highway.
The man was described as white, heavy-set, with dark hair and a clean shave. He was wearing a white tank top and dark-colored shorts, and he was riding a mountain bike with silver handle bars.
