NEWTOWN - The Newtown Police Department is looking for a suspected burglar after five houses were broken into over the past two days.
Police said the five burglaries happened in the Sandy Hook village on Thursday and Friday.
Police are looking for a man captured on a home surveillance system.
The suspect is a bald white man in a white baseball cap with blue on the edge of the brim.
He is wearing a horizontally striped shirt with blue and gray stripes and a white collar, and gray or khaki shorts.
