Police investigate shooting at Norwalk house party

NORWALK – Police are investigating a shooting at a house party in Norwalk that happened early Saturday morning.

On Saturday at around 12:45 a.m. police said they went to 68 Winfield Street for a report of shots fired.

They found a crowd of people at a house party there and also found shell casings.

A short time later a man arrived at Norwalk Hospital from Winfield Street suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound.

Norwalk Detectives are investigating the incident and ask that anyone with any information contact them at 203-854-3011 or anonymously at by using the Norwalk Police Tip Line at 203-854-3111.

Anonymous Internet tips can also be sent to the Norwalk Police Department website.
