As the Taste of Hartford continues, Chef Tyler Anderson, of Millwrights In Simsbury, joined FOX 61 Good Day Connecticut to talk about his restaurants 4-year anniversary and event “The Young Guns of CT” happening Wednesday, July 27.
The night will include a multi-course dinner and reception with beverage pairing. Guest Chefs include: Matt Wick of River Tavern in Chester, Craig Hutchinson and Alex Lishchynsky of oink pop-up restaurant, Marcell Davidson of Ct. Table in Washington., Anthony Kostelis of The Whelk in Westport, Niles Talbot & Jesse Powers of Millwright's in Simsbury.
Each Chef will present one passed canape and one course during dinner.
This event includes a 45-minute cocktail reception and six-course dinner with beverage pairings.
Price is $125 and includes food, drink, tax and gratuity
Tyler will also talk about his new restaurant, The Cook and The Bear, opening this fall in West Hartford Blue Back Square.
