SOUTHINGTON -- Air Temp Residential Heating and Cooling of Newington is installing a system that will keep the Home of Distinction in Southington comfortable all year long.
The Comfort Air 95 perfect hot air furnace with electric air cleaner will heat and cool the home at 95% efficiency, much more efficient than systems used to be.
The joins in the duct work are sealed with mastic tape and that seals the joints 100% so it doesn't let any air leak out of the system.
Tours are coming in September and will benefit Bread For Life.
