HARTFORD — A downed tree caused a power outage Monday morning.
Hartford Deputy Chief Brian Foley said a tree fell on wires on Vine Street causing power outage. Eversource crews were on the scene. The street is closed in the area.
Eversource said 789 customers were without power in the city at 7:15 a.m.
