My best friend and I had been drinking after work. On the way home we got into a verbal argument. We were both intoxicated when she pulled over on the side of the road to let me out. When I got out of the car, the door was still open and my friend backed up hitting me with the open door, knocking me down injuring, my back and neck. My ER bills are more than I can afford to pay. Can I bring a case even though I was intoxicated too?
