Police investigating death as a homicide after family members find his body in Meriden

MERIDEN — Police in Meriden are investigating a homicide after a man was found dead last week.

Police said Felix Rodriquez was found dead by family members Thursday, August 11 but police did not release a statement until Tuesday, August 16.

Rodriguez was found in an apartment building on Willow Street in Meriden. Police say Rodriguez is “middle aged” but did not release his exact age.

“This is an active homicide investigation, as such, no other information will be released at this time,” said Sergreant Christopher Fry.

Police said his body was found around 11:40 a.m.
