SOUTHINGTON -- A home's fence is more than a property marker. It's a backdrop that frames a beautiful backyard, like the backyard at the Home of Distinction in Southington.
Hartford Fence Company showed off a fence at a finished home that will be built at the Home of Distinction. The business is located in West Hartford's home design district.
They have vinyl fence, wood, ornamental metal fence, aluminum or steel and a lot of chain link.
People buy a fence, they said, because it’s something they need. They need to keep their kids safe, need to keep their dog from running in the street or they need privacy.
Tours are coming in September and will benefit Bread For Life.
