Man shot multiple times in Hartford, in critical condition

HARTFORD–Police are investigating a shooting that occurred Monday night in the Capital City.

Hartford Police Deputy Chief Brian Foley tweeted around 11:15 p.m. that a 27-year-old man had been shot multiple times. He was taken to St. Francis Hospital, where he remains in critical condition.

The shooting occurred on Mather Street. The Major Crimes Division was on the scene investigating.
