Atty Haymond,

My wife was in labor for over 12 hours and the OBGYN didn't show up at the hospital until hour 14 and didn't take action right away.  The Doctor used forceps and a vacuum to remove our baby.  Our child was later diagnosed with cerebral palsy.  I'm reading up on it and wonder if our baby's condition is due to our Doctor's mistake??
