From the time he took office in January, Hartford Mayor Luke Bronin has been sounding the alarm about the city’s limited revenues, high taxes and problematic union contracts.
While he has talked about the importance of regional cost-sharing, some whisper that the new mayor is angling to declare the city bankrupt.
Stan talks to Bronin about whether Hartford is indeed "going for broke."
