Pet of the Week – Finnegan

This is an archived article and the information in the article may be outdated. Please look at the time stamp on the story to see when it was last updated.

Finnegan a 6 month old, male, domestic short hair.  He is all white, with hazel  eyes. He was born in a foster home after his mother came to Protectors of Animals when her owners lost their home.

He is curious, friendly, and active. And he loves a good cuddle!

Finnegan is also completely deaf. Because this is a congenital condition (white cats are sometimes born deaf) he needs no special medical care.   And because he was born deaf, Finnegan has no idea he is different. He should go to a home without young children.   Their unpredictable movements startle him and make him anxious.

He is very vocal and a little loud. But don't blame him, he can't hear himself!

Finnegan needs to go to a home with another cat.   He figures out what is going on by watching his kitten sisters and kitten foster brothers, and can follow their cues. He could be adopted with one of his sisters or another snuggly cat.
