Killingly man busted for dealing drugs from his home

KILLINGLY – A Killingly man has been charged with dealing drugs from his home.

On Thursday at around 7 p.m., police said they executed a search warrant at 93 Cottage Street in Killingly.

Police said they found Alexis “Butter” Sanchez, 38, with a woman in the living room. Police said they also found oxycodone pills (“Perc. 30’s”) and some of the pills were packaged for sale.

Police said they also found fentanyl, nearly $2,000 in cash, a digital scale, packaging material and a cell phone, all of which was seized and secured as evidence.

Police arrested Sanchez for selling drugs from his apartment. He was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with the intent to sell and operating a drug factory.

He is out on $50,000 cash bail and is due in Danielson Superior Court on Thursday, October 13.
