LEDYARD — A second man has been arrested in the 2006 death of a father of five.
Christopher Vincenti, 32, of New London, was arrested by state police on felony murder charges in the death of Anthony Hamlin.
He had traveled to Connecticut from Virginia and was last seen two days earlier at the New London train station. Hamlin’s beaten body was found in the area of 428 Shewville Rd. Ledyard.
Last week, Timothy P. Johnson, 32, of Norwich turned himself in and was arrested on felony murder charges
Investigators had been searching for information on the case and the Governor’s office offered a $25,000 reward in 2011 for information leading to an arrest.
Vincenti is scheduled to appear in court on Monday. He was held on a $1 million bond.
