MILFORD — A Stratford man was arrested in Milford Sunday, after police said he took a picture up a woman’s dress.

Joseph Matthews, 32, is charged with voyeurism.

Police said he was working at the Babies “R” Us on Boston Post Road when the incident took place.

The children clothing chain released a statement saying Matthews had been fired: “We have a zero tolerance policy for any alleged behavior of this nature and have moved to terminate this employee.”

Matthews is due in court November 22.
