Cromwell bank robbery suspect arrested in Meriden

CROMWELL — Police arrested a suspect Saturday in a bank robbery that happened Friday.

Police arrested Gregory Dearborn, 31, of Meriden, and charged him with robbery in the first degree and larceny in the fifth degree. He was held on $250,000 bond.

Authorities said Dearborn was a suspect in the November 4th robbery of Liberty Bank, 72 Berlin Road, Cromwell.

A stolen truck that police said was used in the robbery, a 1981 Ford pickup, was located in Hartford. Police said the vehicle had been stolen.
