WILTON — A Danbury man is facing several charges after police said he sexually assaulted two women at a Wilton healthcare facility.
On Monday, police said they got a complaint from Wilton Meadows Health Care Facility at 439 Danbury Road in Wilton. The complaint concerned inappropriate contact between a male certified nursing assistant and an 82-year-old female patient.
Through the course of the investigation, police said, with full cooperation from Wilton Meadows staff, they found that a man inappropriately touched the victim. This incident was immediately reported by another certified nursing assistant and management contacted police.
Police said they identified a second female victim, age 66, who was also assaulted at the same facility in August and September.
Hunter McGinty, 26, of Danbury, was arrested for fourth-degree sexual assault for the November incident and three counts of second-degree sexual assault.
McGinty was held on $32,500 cash bond and was due in court Thursday.
