HARTFORD — A tractor-trailer jackknifed and blocked a major exit off of I-91 north in Hartford Thursday.
The accident blocked the exit to the Whitehead Highway which leads drivers to the Capitol Area.
The accident happened shortly after 6 p.m. It was cleared later in the evening.
