Man arrested a second time for heroin sales: Wallingford Police

WALLINGFORD — A man facing charges of selling heroin in June was arrested again on similar charges Thursday.

Wallingford police, with the help of Meriden officers, arrested Todd Constantini, 32, at his home in Meriden, on two counts of sale of narcotics and two counts of possession of narcotics. Constantini was held on a $75,000 bond and is expected to be arraigned at Meriden Superior Court Friday.

During the month of October, Wallingford police said they purchased heroin from Constantini on two separate occasions with the help of a police informant.

. Constantini was arrested by Meriden Police in June after police found over 800 bags of heroin at his home. This case is still pending in Meriden Superior Court.
