WEST HAVEN — West Haven police say criminal charges are pending after a juvenile was stabbed several times during what appeared to be an underage drinking party.
Authorities say the stabbing victim was found in the backyard of a home on Saturday. Police say they also found a juvenile suspect who was highly intoxicated.
Both the victim and suspect were taken to a hospital. Their names and conditions haven’t been released. Police say the victim had four to five stab wounds to his chest.
Police say detectives are investigating and arrests are expected soon.
