BRIDGEPORT — Suspected killer Kyle Navin faced a judge Thursday in Bridgeport. He was expected to decide whether to accept a plea bargain or go to trial, but his case was continued to another day.
Navin is charged with two counts of murder and one count of murder under special circumstances in the shooting deaths of his parents last year. If found guilty, he could face a maximum of life in prison without release.
He has pleaded not guilty in this case.
Police said Navin, who had an extensive heroin habit, killed his parents for their money after they threatened to cut him off financially.
