Police found the woman dead, and empty drug packaging was found in the apartment.

In the second incident, police responded on December 2 to reports of an unresponsive person in an apartment on Sigourney Street. The man was found on the floor of a living room and taken to the hospital, but he was pronounced dead a short time later.
