During Connecticut Forum's 25th annual Hartford Children's Holiday Party, local kids were treated to gifts, deserts, and a festive celebration.
The annual event serves more than 300 students between ages 4 and 12 in Hartford's Public Schools, and is meant to give them a celebration they may not otherwise get. Plus, a chance to meet Santa!
Target donated gifts to each child, as well as necessities like gloves, tissues and lip balm.
And it wasn't just little kids -- 100 high schoolers from Greater Hartford volunteered as "elves" as part of the Connecticut YOUTH Forum, an outreach program part of CT Forum.
