WINDSOR — State police arrested a Manchester man in connection with a road rage incident on I-91 Thursday where they said he fired a gun at another driver.
Jacob Danis, 32, of Manchester, was charged with the unlawful discharge of firearms, breach of peace, assault, and reckless endangerment. He was held on $50,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
Police said they were called to the area of Exit 35A on I-91 South in Windsor around 6:30 p.m. where a driver reported that his car had been struck twice by gunfire on the passenger side. The driver, who was not injured, provided police with a description including the registration of the suspect vehicle.
Police went the address on the registration and interviewed Danis and later arrested him.
