Police are looking for Headley Thomas, 28. A warrant is out for his arrest charging him with murder and criminal possession of a firearm.
On November 25 around 11 a.m., victim Jaime Rivera, 27, was shot and killed while sitting in a silver Buick Century parked on Maple Avenue in Hartford. The car was riddled with bullets, and police found drugs inside.
Police later found the Camry, but have still not found the suspect.
Detective Chief Brian Foley said it was an area with a high amount of crime and drug use. Police believe the shooting was a result of a drug deal.
