I just finished doing my taxes and I owe the IRS about $4,000. Is it possible to file bankruptcy and add the taxes to the rest of my debt, which includes over $20,000 in credit card debt and a student loan? I’m single and make about $45,000 a year. Will this work? Also, how long after I file bankruptcy will I be able to buy a house?
