I was in a bad car accident last month when another car rear-ended me at a stop sign. I have extensive medical bills that I have tried to submit to the other driver’s auto insurance company. However, his insurance company has refused to pay my bills, and has said that should submit them to my own health insurance company. It doesn’t seem fair that I should have to use my own health insurance when someone else has caused my injuries. What should I do?
