Dear Ask the Atty,
I was out for a walk and my neighbor's German Shepherd jumped up on me and I broke my wrist in the resulting fall. My neighbor apologized profusely and there have never been any incidents with the dog in the past, but I have a couple thousand dollars in medical bills that I don't think I should have to pay.
Please let me know what my options are.
