NEW HARTFORD — A Canton man has died after being hit by a car while riding his bike in New Hartford.
Connecticut State Police said the incident happened along Route 44, near the intersection of Route 219. The car was travelling west when police said the driver was turning left and collided with Gordon Keller, 42, who was heading east.
Keller was taken to Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
The driver of the car was not hurt. and police said the case remains under investigation.
