HARTFORD — Police are investigating a homicide that happened on Sunday.
Jeffery Worrell, 63, of Hartford, was found shot near the intersection of Garden Street and Westland Street. Hartford Police said the Major Crimes Squad is investigating.
Police say Worrell was shot in head. It was the 14th homicide in Hartford in 2017.
