MIDDLEBURY — State police said they are on the scene after a tractor-trailer truck and street-sweeper crashed on I-84 East between exits 15 & 16 in Middlebury near Southbury.
There are injuries and extrication was needed, according to state police. Police advise drivers to reduce speed through that area. The highway is partially closed.
