HARTFORD — Hartford Police say that Columbus Boulevard was closed between the Founders Bridge and Bob Steele Way. Officials say it was due to a manhole fire.
Crews have cleared the scene, and fire officials say there were only a few evacuations.
Police are on the scene helping the flow of traffic.
No injuries reported.
