West Hartford child found wandering outside Wednesday morning

WEST HARTFORD — West Hartford Police say that a person found a child who was wandering out in the cold in the area of 124 Hillcrest avenue Wednesday morning.

Police and EMS were called to the scene just before 6:30 a.m.

Police are trying to locate the child’s parents.
