Macy’s warehouse evacuated due to threat

CHESHIRE — Police responding to a threat evacuated the Macy’s warehouse Sunday.

Police said security personnel reported shortly before 11 a.m. that a threat was drawn in two toilet stalls in the locker room area of the building.

Officials evacuated the building and found nothing out of the ordinary.

Employees were allowed to return to work after the scene was cleared.
