I was involved in an accident the night before Thanksgiving and the cop that showed up said it looks like the lady who hit me has no insurance. On top of that, they arrested her at the scene after administering a dui test and I overheard their conversation and a bar was mentioned.
It looks like my shoulder is broken and may need surgery!
What are my options?
