WINSTED — Officials confirm they are responding to the area of 47 Main Street (Route 44) in Winsted for a water main break.
They say the call came in around 3:30 a.m. The road remains closed at this time.
Winchester public schools are also closed for the day due to the break.
There is no estiemated time for repairs so morning commuters might want to seek an alternate route.
