HARTFORD -- Outgoing president of the Metro-Hartford Alliance, Oz Griebel, talks about his decision this week to make another run for the governor's office, but this time, as an Independent candidate. (In 2010, he ran as a Republican.) Griebel explains why he chose attorney Monte Frank, a lifelong Democrat, to be his running mate.
