HARTFORD -- The state chairs of Connecticut's two major political parties, Republican J. R. Romano and Democrat Nick Balletto, face off on the issues before voters in 2018. They weigh in on an online poll that suggests voters, despite the fiscal mess that has continues under Democrat control, are currently split over whether to elect a Republican or a Democrat.
