I recently slipped and fell on my neighbors sidewalk during a snowstorm. Even though the side walk wasn't shoveled, his insurance company denied my claim on the grounds
that there was an ongoing storm at the time of my fall. Can they do this? I have a few thousand dollars in medical bills that I cant afford!
